Who we are

What we collect on this website
- When you fill the join form or the cart: your business name, your name, WhatsApp number, email, town, GSTIN (if you give it), a referral code (if you have one) and your note, and the internet address (IP) the request came from, which we keep to stop robots and repeated misuse.
- In the cart: the plan and add-ons you chose, and the payment id and payment status. We keep these for our accounts and for GST.
- When you open the demo: the name and WhatsApp number you type there.
- Your language choice (English or Bengali) is kept only in your own browser.
How we use it
- To call or message you about BinaSetu, set up your company and send your sign-in link.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them for others' advertising.
Your business data inside BinaSetu
- Your bills, stock, parties and accounts belong to your company. Each company is kept separate from every other.
- Your admin decides who in your company can see or change what.
- We back up every night so nothing is lost. We look at your data only when you ask us for help, or when the law requires it.
- When you leave, you can take your data out with you. How long we keep it and when we delete it is under “How long we keep records” below.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay, under Razorpay's own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number. We receive only the payment id and the payment status. To open the payment window we send Razorpay your name, email and mobile number.
How long we keep records
If you stop using BinaSetu, we keep your business's books for 6 years, so you can come back and find them, and because GST records are kept that long. Nobody uses them meanwhile. After 6 years they are deleted.
If you ask us in writing to delete them, we delete them within 30 days. Copies in our backups are gone within 90 days after that. Before that you can download your books; once deleted they cannot be brought back. You have to keep your own GST records for as long as the law asks.
Bills we gave you for BinaSetu itself stay with us for as long as tax law asks.
Internet addresses (IP) are cleared after 90 days, except a partner's join record.
Comments and direct messages on the pages we run are kept for 90 days, then deleted. A YouTube comment can go sooner: 30 days after we last read it from YouTube.
Services we use
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. The links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp open those services, which have their own privacy rules.
Inside BinaSetu, your data is kept on cloud servers and a file store that we rent; those providers store it on our behalf. Some features send only the details they need to outside services: GSTIN checks, e-invoices, e-way bills and GST returns to a GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) licensed by GSTN, and through it to the government's GST, e-invoice and e-way bill portals; WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp service; emails, such as sign-in links and invoices with their PDF, through Brevo; alerts on your phone, whose short text can carry a party's name and an amount, through Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging; payments through Razorpay. They handle that data under their own terms and the law. When you ask the Setu Assistant for help, your question, your name and company name, and what the assistant looks up for you go to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to write the answer; it is not used to train AI. Apart from these, we send your data to no one unless the law requires it, and never for advertising.
When you write to Bina Group on WhatsApp, your messages may be answered with the help of an AI service provider, only to answer you; your bills and dues are never sent to it. Reply "delete my data" in the same chat (or write to the Grievance Officer below) and a person handles it.
Our own Facebook Page, Instagram account and YouTube channel are run through Meta's and Google's services. If you comment or write to us there, your name and your words come into our team's inbox and are kept with us. When you write to our Facebook Page or Instagram account, an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) may draft a reply from the words of that chat's latest messages. Your name is not sent to it, and a person on our team reads the draft before anything goes to you.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to owner@binasetu.com and we will reply within 7 working days. You may also withdraw consent at any time by writing to the same address; we then stop contacting you, except for records the law makes us keep. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

এই website-এ কী নিই
- join ফর্ম বা cart ভরলে: ব্যবসার নাম, আপনার নাম, WhatsApp নম্বর, email, শহর, GSTIN (দিলে), referral code (থাকলে) আর আপনার লেখা, আর যে internet ঠিকানা (IP) থেকে অনুরোধ এসেছে, robot আর বারবার অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে।
- Cart-এ: যে plan আর add-on বেছেছেন, আর payment id ও payment-এর অবস্থা। এগুলো আমাদের হিসাব আর GST-র জন্য রাখি।
- Demo খুললে: সেখানে যে নাম আর WhatsApp নম্বর দেন।

কী কাজে লাগাই
- BinaSetu নিয়ে আপনাকে phone বা message করতে, আপনার company খুলে দিতে আর sign-in link পাঠাতে।
- আপনার প্রশ্নের উত্তর আর সাহায্য দিতে।
- আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না, অন্যের বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্যও দিই না।
BinaSetu-র ভেতরে আপনার ব্যবসার data
- আপনার bill, stock, party আর হিসাব আপনার company-র। প্রতিটা company অন্যদের থেকে আলাদা রাখা।
- আপনার company-তে কে কী দেখবে বা বদলাবে, আপনার admin ঠিক করে।
- প্রতি রাতে backup নিই, যাতে কিছু না হারায়। আপনি সাহায্য চাইলে, বা আইন বললে তবেই আমরা আপনার data দেখি।
- ছেড়ে গেলে আপনার data নিয়ে যেতে পারেন। কতদিন রাখি আর কখন মুছি, তা নিচে “রেকর্ড কতদিন রাখি”-তে লেখা।
টাকা দেওয়া
টাকা প্রক্রিয়া করে Razorpay, তাদের নিজেদের privacy policy অনুযায়ী। আপনার card-এর নম্বর আমরা দেখি না, রাখিও না। আমরা শুধু payment id আর payment-এর অবস্থা পাই। payment window খুলতে আপনার নাম, email আর mobile নম্বর Razorpay-কে পাঠাই।
রেকর্ড কতদিন রাখি
আপনি BinaSetu ব্যবহার বন্ধ করলে আপনার ব্যবসার হিসাব আমরা ৬ বছর রাখি, যাতে ফিরে এসে আপনি তা পান, আর GST-এর রেকর্ড ততদিন রাখতে হয় বলে। এর মধ্যে কেউ তা ব্যবহার করে না। ৬ বছর পরে তা মুছে দেওয়া হয়।
আপনি লিখে মুছতে বললে আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দিই। আমাদের backup-এর copy তার পরের ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে চলে যায়। তার আগে আপনি আপনার হিসাব download করে নিতে পারেন; একবার মুছে গেলে আর ফেরানো যায় না। নিজের GST রেকর্ড আইন যতদিন বলে ততদিন আপনাকেই রাখতে হবে।
BinaSetu-র জন্য আমরা আপনাকে যে bill দিয়েছি, তা কর আইন যতদিন বলে ততদিন আমাদের কাছে থাকে।
Internet ঠিকানা (IP) ৯০ দিন পরে মুছে দেওয়া হয়, শুধু partner-এর যোগ দেওয়ার রেকর্ড ছাড়া।
আমাদের চালানো page-এ করা comment আর direct message ৯০ দিন রাখা হয়, তারপর মুছে দেওয়া হয়। YouTube-এর comment আরও আগে যেতে পারে: YouTube থেকে শেষবার পড়ার ৩০ দিন পরে।
যে সব service ব্যবহার করি
এই website-এর font আসে Google Fonts থেকে। Facebook, Instagram, YouTube আর WhatsApp-এর link সেই service-গুলো খোলে; তাদের নিজেদের privacy নিয়ম আছে।
BinaSetu-র ভেতরে আপনার data থাকে আমাদের ভাড়া নেওয়া cloud server আর file store-এ; সেই provider-রা তা আমাদের হয়ে রাখে। কিছু কাজ শুধু দরকারি তথ্যটুকু বাইরের service-এ পাঠায়: GSTIN যাচাই, e-invoice, e-way bill আর GST return যায় GSTN-অনুমোদিত GST Suvidha Provider (GSP)-এর কাছে, আর তার মাধ্যমে সরকারের GST, e-invoice ও e-way bill portal-এ; WhatsApp message যায় Meta-র WhatsApp service দিয়ে; email, যেমন sign-in link আর PDF-সহ invoice, যায় Brevo দিয়ে; আপনার phone-এর alert, যার ছোট লেখায় party-র নাম আর টাকার অঙ্ক থাকতে পারে, যায় Google-এর Firebase Cloud Messaging দিয়ে; টাকা Razorpay দিয়ে। তারা সেই তথ্য নিজেদের শর্তে আর আইনের অধীনে রাখে। Setu Assistant-কে সাহায্য চাইলে আপনার প্রশ্ন, আপনার নাম ও company-র নাম, আর assistant আপনার জন্য যা খুঁজে দেখে — তা উত্তর লিখতে একটি AI service (Anthropic-এর Claude)-এ যায়; তা দিয়ে AI শেখানো হয় না। এগুলো ছাড়া, আইন না বললে আপনার data কাউকে পাঠাই না, বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য কখনোই না।
WhatsApp-এ Bina Group-কে লিখলে আপনার message-এর উত্তর একটি AI service provider-এর সাহায্যে দেওয়া হতে পারে, শুধু আপনাকে উত্তর দিতেই; আপনার bill আর বাকির হিসেব সেখানে কখনো যায় না। ওই chat-এই "delete my data" লিখুন (বা নিচের Grievance Officer-কে লিখুন), একজন মানুষ তা দেখবেন।
আমাদের নিজেদের Facebook Page, Instagram account আর YouTube channel চলে Meta আর Google-এর service দিয়ে। সেখানে comment করলে বা আমাদের লিখলে আপনার নাম আর লেখা আমাদের team-এর inbox-এ আসে আর আমাদের কাছে থাকে। আমাদের Facebook Page বা Instagram account-এ লিখলে একটি AI service (Anthropic-এর Claude) ওই chat-এর শেষ দিকের message-এর লেখা পড়ে একটি খসড়া উত্তর লিখতে পারে। আপনার নাম সেখানে যায় না, আর আপনার কাছে কিছু যাওয়ার আগে আমাদের team-এর একজন মানুষ খসড়াটি পড়েন।
আপনার অধিকার
ভারতের Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 অনুযায়ী, আমাদের কাছে আপনার কী তথ্য আছে জানতে চাইতে পারেন, ঠিক করতে বা মুছে দিতে বলতে পারেন। owner@binasetu.com-এ লিখুন, ৭ কাজের দিনের মধ্যে উত্তর দেব। একই ঠিকানায় লিখে যেকোনো সময় সম্মতি তুলে নিতে পারেন; তখন আমরা আর যোগাযোগ করি না (আইনে যে রেকর্ড রাখতেই হয় তা বাদে)। আমাদের উত্তরে সন্তুষ্ট না হলে Data Protection Board of India-তে অভিযোগ করতে পারেন।
